Angels Family Contact Services

I don’t usually write reviews but for Angels Family Contact Services I have to. They were amazing. I used them for a number of months 2 days a fortnight for supervised visits. With there help, today through mediation I have progressed to unsupervised visits with my son. I couldn’t have done it without them. All of their staff that I had contact with (I’m not sure I’m allowed to name names so I won’t) are so friendly, helpful, supportive, unobtrusive and they all genuinely cared about me and sons relationship and the time we got to spend together. They made sure my visits went ahead even after they had to be rescheduled due to among other things COVID and the lockdowns. They expedited the reports I needed for court. There wasn’t anything I asked that was too much work for them. So in summary I couldn’t recommend them enough and I just want to say a huge thank you to their entire team, you helped bring my son and I closer which I will always remember.

I have been doing visits for over 2 years now and I was very happy with angels...until the new owners took over they have been nothing but difficult for me..they tried to cancel my visit with my daughter on Christmas day because I tried to nogatiate a price with them as they wanted $433 for two hours..I had no choice to pay...this is how they responded before I begged them not to cancel on Christmas.If your going to give us a bad review anyway, then there is no need to worry about contact tomorrow we will cancel.You do not seem to understand the lengths we have gone to in assisting you and your daughter to have contact. The fact that you have never been charged the full cost of regular contacts is another way we have assisted you. the new owners do not let ANY clients get too far behind in their payments, unlike the old owner.If you do not appreciate this then there is no need for us to continue with contacts, including tomorrow.I hope other people see this and decide to go somewhere els

I visiting my kids with ‘Angel’ every fortnight for three hours within supervised visitations last two months.I met to Norma before then start the visitation process and found her fabolous and very helpful person.Honestly, I was not expected that much excellent service what I paying than other providers while I compared.I very impressed from the first interaction and quality of services.I highly recommend this company to everyone to do visitations and confidentially I can say that, Angel is best service provider in WA so far!Just want to say special thanks to Norma and also Supervisor Li for all their helps, good communication and quick responses ...etc. Norma and Li smily, easy going and very helpful supervisors. They are trying to do their best interested for parent and kids. I have never get any problem with Angel.My kids also always felt very happy too from beginning to the the end every visitation sessions. They have never get bored, just got lot of good times and fun!Thanks Angle, Thanks Norma and of course thanks Li! ”

I have stopped using services of angels. As they were not professional in their communications and very rude. They are more father focused. As a mum i expected a bit of respect too however any of my requests were denied with rude comments. Supervisors are very under educated and not sure what to do in any sutuation that arised. I have been denied when i asked education and training of the staff it was hidden til i sent 3 more emails and insist to find out. Staff could not follow basic supervison procedures ...Eg. texting me while the other party is there for me to pick the kids up despite the vro in place and i have repeatedly told them i was not to cross paths with the other party.When i lodged a complaint about this instead of solving the situation or apologise i was being blamed for coming after getting the text and The owner Norma then made a personal comment about me saying she had complaints about my attire.how professional....discriminative..i didnt know there was code of attire for handovers?? .Not kids focused at all and very rude towards party that is not the paying parent.and what i later found out from my 6 year old is they didnt even ask for their father to use a booster seat in his car. Not even safety aware!!!. I will not be recommending angels to anyone. Hence we have stopped using their services for these reasons and more reasons i could not even list...i will be following these issued legally and seeking validation of this company because it should not be operating!!!
