I don’t usually write reviews but for Angels Family Contact Services I have to. They were amazing. I used them for a number of months 2 days a fortnight for supervised visits. With there help, today through mediation I have progressed to unsupervised visits with my son. I couldn’t have done it without them. All of their staff that I had contact with (I’m not sure I’m allowed to name names so I won’t) are so friendly, helpful, supportive, unobtrusive and they all genuinely cared about me and sons relationship and the time we got to spend together. They made sure my visits went ahead even after they had to be rescheduled due to among other things COVID and the lockdowns. They expedited the reports I needed for court. There wasn’t anything I asked that was too much work for them. So in summary I couldn’t recommend them enough and I just want to say a huge thank you to their entire team, you helped bring my son and I closer which I will always remember.

I have been doing visits for over 2 years now and I was very happy with angels...until the new owners took over they have been nothing but difficult for me..they tried to cancel my visit with my daughter on Christmas day because I tried to nogatiate a price with them as they wanted $433 for two hours..I had no choice to pay...this is how they responded before I begged them not to cancel on Christmas.If your going to give us a bad review anyway, then there is no need to worry about contact tomorrow we will cancel.You do not seem to understand the lengths we have gone to in assisting you and your daughter to have contact. The fact that you have never been charged the full cost of regular contacts is another way we have assisted you. the new owners do not let ANY clients get too far behind in their payments, unlike the old owner.If you do not appreciate this then there is no need for us to continue with contacts, including tomorrow.I hope other people see this and decide to go somewhere els

Sam was very informative and supportive throughout our second pregnancy journey, which prior to engaging with Sam, we had some anxieties about. Although our birth did not turn out to be at all how we had planned, my wife felt in control, empowered and better equiped with her knowledge and decisions for it to still be a very positive experience. Thankyou Sam.

Their 1-2-3 Magic and Emotion Coaching course for parents is a game changer! Truly. Brad was so engaging and gave so many practical examples. I found myself laughing as some of them were just SO apt for our 4 year old. I think these tips/strategies will be easy to implement and help us deal with her difficult behaviour in a gentle way. Thanks guys!

Sam has been the best support I could have ever asked for as a first time mum in a new town. Both my partner and I felt reassured and confident going into our birth because of the time we spent with Sam, she was able to answer all our questions and explain the natural birth process and what to expect at each stage, plus what happens if/when there are any curveballs so we knew what to expect. Sam has such a friendly and down to earth demeanor and is very knowledgeable, I couldn't recommend her enough for any soon to be parents. Can't thank you enough Sam!
